ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓÆµ Community Schools Consortium (LUCSC)

The ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓÆµ Community Schools Consortium (LUCSC) is a collaborative partnership among ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓÆµ, local school districts, families, and community organizations working together to strengthen student success and community well-being through the community school strategy. Supported by the federal Full-Service Community Schools grant, LUCSC brings together the knowledge, relationships, and resources of its partners to create equitable opportunities for children, youth, and families.

LUCSC values the voices and lived experiences of students and families as essential to shaping school-community partnerships.

LUCSC's work is guided by the nationally recognized Community Schools Framework, which includes:

  • Active Family and Community Engagement
  • Expanded and Enriched Learning Opportunities
  • Collaborative Leadership and Shared Decision-Making
