The residence halls close for Spring Break on Friday, March 13th at 5 pm, and will re-open on Sunday, March 22nd at 12 pm. Any student who requires housing over the Spring Break period must complete a break housing form by Wednesday, March 11th at 5pm.
Only students who meet the following requirements will be approved to remain on campus during the break:
- Student workers required to work any dates/times that the residence halls are closed.
- Your employer must email our office stating your need to work or you can email us an official copy/screenshot of your work schedule. This includes on and off campus employment. This form needs to be turned into the office of Residence Life by Wednesday, March 11th by 5pm, your request will be denied if this is not received by this date.
- Out-of-state students
- International students
- Athletes in season (include your sport in the comments section)
- Students required to attend a class on any of the dates/times that the residence halls are closed.
- You must email a copy of your class schedule indicating this course enrollment and date. A copy of your class schedule needs to be turned into the office of Residence Life by Wednesday, March 11th by 5pm, your request will be denied if this is not received by this date.
Dining
Please note that dining services will be limited during Spring break! Meal swipes will stop after lunch on Friday, March 13 and will continue for dinner on March 22. Students staying on campus will be able to order to-go meals to keep in their fridge to have while dining services are closed. All orders for to-go meals need to be submitted no later than March 8 and meals need to be picked up before the C-store closes on March 13 before 3pm. Meals can be ordered here: .
