Severe Weather

In the event that severe weather or other emergency circumstances cause a change in the Commencement schedule, including cancellation of Commencement, 蜜芽视频 will activate the emergency notification system. E-mails, phone and text messages will be distributed to all students, faculty and staff.

Any updates will also be posted on the www.lewisu.edu website.

Graduation Tickets

Ticket Release and Eligibility

Ceremony tickets will be released on Monday, April 27, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Graduates will receive 5 Guest Tickets.

Ceremony tickets will be released for candidates who have met ticket eligibility requirements. Candidates who have met the eligibility as outline below, will be able redeem tickets through the link sent to their 蜜芽视频 Student Email or at. In order to be considered eligible for tickets, candidates must:

Have a graduation status on Degree Works that states ‘Clear Pending’ status or ‘Cleared for Graduation’
Have NO Business Office Holds on your student account. Examples of holds are:
- Business Office Hold
- Business Office Hold Graduation
- Business Office Hold No Comply
- Business Office Hold Pay Plan
Please note: If you resolve a Business Office Hold please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@lewisu.edu with your student ID number to be added to the ticket system. Please allow 2-3 business days to have your information added to the ticket site.
A Registrar 鈥� Graduation Hold does NOT prevent ticket release. Additional information regarding this hold is available here.
A link to redeem tickets will be posted on the Commencement Webpage, and eligible students will receive an email to their 蜜芽视频 Student Email Account. (Please note: The link on the Commencement Webpage will only work for students that have been deemed eligible for tickets). If you do not receive an email in the afternoon of Monday April 27th, please check your eligibility.

General Ticket Information

Eligible candidates should redeem their tickets no later than Friday May 8th, 2026.

ALL Guests, including infants and children, must have a ticket for entry into the ceremony. Tickets will NOT be released after May 8th.

Additional Tickets

Due to the large number of candidates, additional tickets cannot be guaranteed. Candidates will have an opportunity to request additional tickets through the ticket site, however, the requesting of additional tickets does not guarantee the granting of additional tickets nor the exact number of additional tickets requested. All additional ticket requests must be submitted through the ticket site.
